As with all our garlic powders, Applewood Smoked Garlic Powder is made from a mix of the 15 varieties of hard-neck garlic we grow. We cold-smoke the garlic over Applewood chips for 4-5 hours, dehydrate it, and grind it into a powder. We don’t use any additives, preservatives, or flavorings in the powders. The rich flavor comes from the garlic and the smoke, and is much more flavorful than store-bought garlic powder. Applewood Smoked Garlic Powder is a milder flavor than Mesquite or Hickory, and is good on pork and chicken. It is also great on green beans!
This product is seasonal and only available for a limited time in late Spring and early Summer.
