Cherrywood Smoked Garlic Powder, like all our other powders, is made from a mixture of the 15 varieties of hard-neck garlic we grow. We cold-smoke the garlic for 4-5 hours, dehydrate it, and grind it into powder. We don’t add anything else. You get pure garlic powder, packaged in a reusable glass spice jar. Cherry Wood Smoked Garlic Powder is excellent on fish and pork.
