Our Mesquite Smoked Garlic Powder, like all the other garlic powders we make, is made from the 15 varieties of hard-neck garlic we grow. We cold-smoke the garlic for 4-5 hours, then we put the it into a dehydrator and dry it until the cloves are hard as coffee beans. We grind the beans into powder and package in reusable glass spice jars. We don’t add any additives or preservatives or flavoring. The robust flavor in our garlic powder is the result of the rich flavored garlic we grow and the smoke from the mesquite chips. This is another wonderful garlic powder for steak!
