Our Hickory Smoked Garlic Powder is made from a mixture of the 15 varieties of hard-neck garlic we grow. The garlic is cold-smoked for 4-5 hours. After smoking, the garlic is dehydrated and ground into powder. That’s it! Pure dried, powdered, and smoked garlic with no additives or preservatives and no artificial flavors. We package the garlic powder in reusable glass spice jars. Our garlic powder is more flavorful that what you find in stores and a little goes a long way. We like this garlic powder on our steaks!

This product is seasonal and only available for a limited time in late Spring and early Summer.
